Ok, so for the online trainer it’s billed at £50 (UK pounds) p/m and a
reoccurring payment is set up for the start of each month.
Currently, there are 3 live sessions per week to suit various time zones. I will be looking to increase this over the next couple of months as it grows. Each online session will also be available for you to watch whenever you like. We would love to see you online and joining in live, but feel free to do this whenever fits in with you and your life. Also, remember if you're a little nervous, that will change the more you join in. The sessions are relaxed and friendly and all abilities are welcome. We are building a community where we can share experiences, learn and motivate one another.

My goal for this programme is to offer our specialised and specific training to as many people as possible, offering a programme that is convenient and affordable. This way we are building progression and it’s allowing people to improve and see results, but without the need to travel and without costing the earth.
Absolutely, we can adjust most things to suit the individual and there can be adaptations to suit different abilities. Also, the coach will allow for progression and help by giving techniques on form and best positioning.

This is the long term goal- that we will be offering different ability and fitness levels, as well as different levels/areas of training. Some training could be coaching powerlifting techniques, Weight lifting, Deadlifts & Cleans.
We have the knowledge and ability to coach it lets just get there... it's up to you get fit, get strong and we will carry you through!
