Next you will receive an email confirming you want to join or giving you a link to a live Zoom conference or to a recorded session.
The payment is a reoccurring payment that will be billed monthly, 30 days notice to cancel is required.
Refunds will be given if we have billed incorrectly.
The sessions where not delivered to the level you expected on multiple occasions. What we mean by this is the session was cancelled, the session was not explained adequately, the session was not available within 20 hours for you to watch online, unless there was communication from ourselves explaining why the session would not go ahead.
Payments are made in UK Pounds please check the conversion rates accordingly for your country.
We accept Direct debit, Credit and debit cards, including Visa & Mastercard, We can also accept payments from Charitable organisations but we would require a letter from them confirming.
Increase in payments will be advised 30 days prior to increase. please email us for more information if this was to happen.
